Predator Sport Weekender Bag
The Predator Sport Weekender fixes a problem every traveling player knows. Your cue case is in one hand, your duffel is in the other, and you still have to find your phone and room key. The Weekender is a backpack-style travel bag with a top opening sized to drop your cue case straight in, and there’s room around it for clothes, chalk, a glove and the rest of a tournament weekend. It’s black with large gray Predator panther graphics on the body, a yellow Predator logo, and orange cord zipper pulls you can find without looking.
Price: $599
We sell the Sport Weekender for $599, which matches Predator’s listed price. It’s one size and one color, Black/Grey. Note that the cue case goes inside but is not included.
How It Carries
Two padded shoulder straps and a fully padded back panel let you wear it like a backpack, which matters when you’re walking a convention center or an airport with a full load of gear. There are also grab handles on each side, so you can carry it flat like a duffel or pull it out of a trunk without hunting for a strap. The base is molded rubber. Set it down on a wet parking lot or a dusty floor and the fabric stays off the ground.
Pockets, With Real Measurements
Predator publishes the pocket sizes, which most bags don’t. Outside you get a top front pocket (8¼” x 8½”), a middle front pocket (16½” x 8¾”), a bottom front pocket (9″ x 11½”), a small pocket under the handle (7½” x 2½”) and a vertical side pocket (8½” x 13½”). Inside there are three more: 9¼” x 8″, 9″ x 8½” and a larger 17″ x 9½”. Three adjustable Velcro dividers let you section off the main compartment around your case.
Will My Case Fit?
This is the question to answer before you buy. The bag’s outside dimensions are 36½” long, 9″ wide and 7¾” deep. Interior space is a bit smaller than that, and Predator doesn’t publish a maximum case size. A standard 2×4 or 3×5 hard case is roughly 32″ to 34″ long and usually fits a bag this length. Big 4×8 cases are another story, since they’re often wider and heavier than this bag is built for. If you’re unsure, call us with your case’s measurements and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’ll work.
The Tradeoff
The empty bag weighs 6.28 lbs. Add a loaded 3×5 case and a weekend of clothes and you’re carrying real weight on your back. That’s still easier than two bags in two hands, but if you only ever drive to a local league night, a regular cue case is all you need. This bag earns its price on trips with an overnight in them.

Sport Weekender Questions
How much is the Predator Sport Weekender Bag?
$599, the same as Predator’s listed price.
Does it come with a cue case?
No. It’s built to carry the case you already own along with your other gear.
Can it hold cues without a case?
We wouldn’t recommend it. There’s no cue tube or padded cue slot, so loose cues would knock around against everything else in the bag.
How big is it?
36½” x 9″ x 7¾” on the outside, and 6.28 lbs empty.
Is it airline carry-on size?
At 36½” long it’s longer than most airline carry-on limits, so plan on checking it. Check your carrier’s rules before you fly.
Does it come in other colors?
Predator currently offers it only in Black/Grey.
